Registration Fee: PKR 500 (Non-Refundable).

Registration is valid for 6 months.

MS Company provides legal job information and job referral services only.

Applicants must visit companies on their own for interviews, tests, and joining formalities.

Job placement is not guaranteed. Final selection depends on your performance and the employer's hiring decision.

If you get a job through MS Company's reference, you agree to pay 20% of your first month's salary as a one-time service fee. This applies to your first month's salary only — nothing is deducted from any later salary.

Registration is completed by your own choice and consent.

Please provide correct and accurate information during registration.

Each registered candidate can apply for up to 10 jobs in any rolling 30-day period through MS Company.

Once you get a job through MS Company, your registration will automatically expire. A new registration is required to receive future services.

Your registration may be cancelled if you:

• Damage or attempt to damage the reputation of MS Company.
• Misbehave with MS Company staff or team members.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Leave a job obtained through MS Company without following the required notice period.

If your registration is cancelled, you must register again to use MS Company services.

If you want to leave a job obtained through MS Company, you must give one month's prior notice to both MS Company and your employer.

If you leave the job without giving the required notice, MS Company will not be responsible for helping you recover your salary, pending dues, or any other employment-related claims.

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you have any complaint or issue, please contact MS Company's Official Complaint Number or visit the MS Company Head Office.

MS Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
