MS Company Bahawalpur — Terms & Conditions

MS Company Bahawalpur provides Freelance Marketplace and Payment Protection Services only.

Freelancers may create their profiles and offer their skills and services through the MS Company platform.

Freelancers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

All services offered by freelancers must be legal, ethical, and compliant with applicable laws.

MS Company acts only as a facilitator between clients and freelancers and is not a party to the service agreement between them.

Payments will be held securely by MS Company until the agreed work is completed and verified.

After successful submission of the work, a verification period of up to 5 working days may apply before the payment is released to the freelancer.

MS Company will charge a 10% service fee from the total agreed amount for providing payment protection and platform services. This fee is deducted from the milestone amount before payment is released to the freelancer.

Separately, the client pays a platform fee of 5% added on top of each milestone amount. That fee is charged to the client and is not deducted from the freelancer's earnings.

The remaining amount will be transferred to the freelancer after deducting the applicable service fee.

Fee rates are fixed at the time a milestone is agreed, and any later change to MS Company's published rates will not affect a milestone already agreed.

Freelancers must deliver the agreed work within the committed time frame and quality standards.

Any fraudulent activity, plagiarism, submission of illegal content, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

If a freelancer violates any of the Terms & Conditions or company policies, MS Company reserves the right to:

• Suspend the freelancer's account.
• Permanently block or blacklist the account.
• Restrict or terminate access to MS Company services.

In cases involving fraud, policy violations, or breach of agreement, MS Company reserves the right to withhold payments until the matter is reviewed and resolved in accordance with company policies.

Freelancers shall not make any false, unlawful, or unauthorized claims against payments that are withheld due to proven violations of these Terms & Conditions.

MS Company shall not be responsible for disputes arising from changes in project requirements made directly between clients and freelancers without the company's knowledge or approval.

MS Company reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any freelancer account at its discretion in the event of policy violations.

By registering as a freelancer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
