Why is there a PKR 500 registration fee?
The one-time fee covers verifying your identity and documents, and it keeps the platform free of fake profiles. Employers rely on that verification, which is what makes your application worth taking seriously.
What commission do you charge when I get a job?
For physical (local, on-site) jobs we charge 20% of your first salary — one time only. Nothing is deducted from any salary after that. For digital (online, remote) jobs, 10% is deducted from each milestone payment, and the employer separately pays 5% on top. There are no other charges beyond the PKR 500 registration fee.
Do you offer online / remote jobs as well as local ones?
Yes. Alongside physical jobs across Pakistan, employers can post digital jobs — remote work paid per milestone. The employer funds each milestone up front, you complete the work, and payment is released to you once it is approved. Fees differ between the two: see the Pricing section above.
Does it cost an employer anything to hire?
For physical jobs, no — posting and hiring are completely free for employers. For digital jobs a 5% platform fee is added on top of each milestone amount when the employer funds it.
How do I pay, and how long does approval take?
Pay by bank transfer or JazzCash using the details shown during registration, then send the screenshot on WhatsApp. Our team verifies the payment manually and activates your account once confirmed.
Can I message an employer directly?
No — the employer always sends the first message. This is deliberate: it protects employers from spam, and it means every conversation you receive is from someone genuinely interested in your application.
Is my CNIC safe on this platform?
Yes. CNIC images and resumes are stored in private storage and are never publicly accessible. They are visible only to our verification team — they are never shown on your public profile or to other users.
How are employers and job listings checked?
Every business is reviewed and approved by our team before it can post anything, and each individual listing is reviewed again before it goes live. That is why you will not find fake or duplicate adverts here.
Why does my profile need to be 90% complete?
Employers hire the candidates they can actually assess. A complete profile — skills, education, experience and contact details — dramatically improves your chances, so we ask you to reach 90% before applying.
